Movement is Medicine

A black stick figure walks purposefully in front of a large pink heart. Below the figure is a quote: “The more I move, the more I am moved.” — Libby Delana. The heart has a subtle watermark reading “Martine Ellis.”
“The more I move, the more I am moved.”
— Libby DeLana

This quote from Libby DeLana’s book Do Walk says so much with so few words.

Walking isn’t just about exercise. It helps us process emotions, solve problems, and spark creativity.

Sometimes, I walk to decompress or make sense of things. Other times, I walk to escape into another world or learn something new, thanks to whatever podcast or audiobook I’ve got on.

What does walking do for you?
